the forks have dropouts directly inline with the forks and and if you look at some different pictures of bmx' most forks have dropouts welded on the front. These dont and if the just left the forts straight down like they normally are it would mess up all the qeometery, so oddessey have bent them forward to sort it out.. does that help mate?
